Artwork Size

Your final artwork must be 2.5 inches x 3.5 inches. Artwork cannot be any larger than 2.5"x3.5" and must be no thicker than .25" (1/4 inch).

• Side edges should be clean and even for encapsulation

Medium & Materials

You may use a wide range of materials including:

• Painting (acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc.)

• Ink, pencil, or mixed media

• Photography or printed digital art

Important:

• Artwork must be fully dry before shipping

• Avoid loose materials (glitter, sand, shedding textures)

• Extremely thick elements may prevent encapsulation

Signing & Back of Card Art
Write clearly:

• Artwork title

• Date created (D/M/Year)

• Edition number (if applicable)

• Your signature

⚠️ Leave the bottom 1 inch of the back blank for ArtPics processing

Preparing for Shipment

• Please include your Order Confirmation in your package

• Use a protective sleeve or place between rigid backing

• Do not tape directly to the art surface

• If you submitted more than one item, please ship products in the same order items were submitted under the ArtPics Submission Form - Artwork damaged in transit may not be encapsulated
